produced using artisan techniques
from 100% Italian select wheat, bronze drawn
and dried at a low temperature

The ingredients used to 
flavour our pasta
have been very carefully selected,
making for a full-flavoured dish 
with the
simple addition of
extra virgin olive oil or butter.
